ABOUT KALYAN KANDAGATLA
Kalyan Kumar Kandagatla is a passionate CG Generalist and aspiring FX Technical Director with a keen eye for creating realistic and visually captivating effects. With expertise in tools such as Maya, Houdini, Nuke, and PFTrack, he excels in lighting, texturing, fluid simulations, and compositing. His journey into VFX began during his undergraduate years, where he discovered a unique blend of art and technology that sparked his creativity.
Inspired by visionary filmmakers like S.S. Rajamouli, Kalyan strives to bring imagination to life through the meticulous craft of visual effects. Currently pursuing his graduate degree in Visual Effects, he is sharpening his skills to contribute to the film and TV industry, creating immersive environments and realistic effects that elevate storytelling. As the founder and CTO of Kubuni Creations, Kalyan is also driven to explore the intersection of creative media and business, aiming to build a future where his expertise in VFX can shape the entertainment world.
